"And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a Sura [chapter] like thereunto; and call your witnesses or helpers (if there are any) besides Allah, if ye are truthful." Qu'ran, surah 2:23
The Qu'ran dares disbelievers to produce a surah like it, commonly referred to as 'The Challenge of the Quran' (much the same way the Mormon's Doctrines and Covenants section 67:8 uses the same logical fallacy of Circular Reasoning). It claims that the task is impossible to achieve, and yet Algerian atheist Djilou has done precisely that...
Contrast the words of Scripture against the two logical fallacy passages that use Circular Reasoning to try and prove themselves from both the Muslims and the Mormons. What does Scripture say? "We have something more sure, the prophetic word, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place..." 2 Peter 1:19
Even though Peter was an eye witness, he did not say, "If you can't write something like what I've written, then you should just believe me." No! He directed his audience to the Scriptures, encouraging them to be like the Bereans and "search the Scriptures."
